PHCC opens applications for Hajj 2027 Medical Fitness Certificate

Doha, Qatar: The Primary Health Care Corporation (PHCC) has begun accepting applications for the Medical Fitness Certificate required for individuals planning to undertake Hajj in 2027. <source 1475a3c4-b4f>

Applicants can apply for the certificate at any Family Medicine Clinic operated by PHCC throughout the week, without the need for an appointment. <source 1475a3c4-b4f>

PHCC announced that both physical and electronic copies of the certificate will be provided. The service is offered free of charge for Qatari citizens and residents at all PHCC health centers. The registration requirements vary between Qatari citizens and non-Qatari residents. For Qatari citizens, applicants must be at least 18 years old, free from specified diseases, and may include up to three accompanying persons. If the primary applicant withdraws, the entire application will be canceled. Non-Qatari first-degree relatives can also be added as accompanying persons. Non-Qatari residents, on the other hand, must be 45 years or older, have been residing in Qatar for at least 15 years, and may include one accompanying person.
