Osun poll outcome, affirmation of people’s resolve to retain Adeleke — IPAC

The Inter-Party Advisory Council (IPAC) of Osun State has congratulated Governor Ademola Adeleke on his re-election, affirming the people's determination to retain him in office for another four years. In a statement signed by IPAC chairman Tosin Odeyemi, the electoral outcome was praised for reflecting the will of the people and commended the diverse stakeholders for their role in ensuring a peaceful election.

IPAC urged the governor to run an inclusive government in his second term, emphasizing that governance should transcend party lines and that the talents, ideas, and goodwill of all Osun citizens, including women, youths, persons with disabilities, and traditional institutions, must be utilized for the state's progress. The statement also urged the governor to ensure equitable distribution of appointments and projects across all senatorial districts and local government areas, preventing any community from feeling left out.

IPAC pledged its commitment to play the role of constructive opposition and partner in progress, promising issue-based criticism and support for policies that align with the interests of the Osun people.
