Oba Abdulrosheed Akanbi, the Oluwo of Iwoland, has conveyed his congratulations to Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke on his re-election, attributing the win to divine will and the support of the electorate. The Oluwo highlighted the significance of youth participation in Adeleke's campaign and urged the governor to collaborate closely with the Federal Government under President Bola Tinubu to further develop Osun State.
He stressed that such alignment would help bring more development to the state's cities, towns, and villages, beyond just Abuja. Akanbi also emphasized the importance of the governor maintaining a magnanimous attitude in victory and governing without discrimination, addressing every local government equally. He expressed hope that the strengthened partnership between the state and federal governments would unlock greater benefits for Osun State's people.
