Israel can 'finish the job properly' in Gaza if Hamas does not disarm, Kushner says

US President Donald Trump's son-in-law and Gaza envoy, Jared Kushner, recently stated that Israel could complete its mission in Gaza if Hamas disarms. On Monday, Kushner met with Hamas and expressed optimism about the potential for progress within a month. According to Kushner, a successful meeting with Hamas, where they "said all the right things," would grant them a chance to demonstrate their sincerity.

He believes that progress could be noticeable within 30 days, potentially involving the removal of weapons and filling in tunnels. Kushner emphasized that if Hamas voluntarily surrenders its weapons and tunnels within the next 60 to 90 days, it would signify a significant achievement in terms of security. However, he also affirmed that the Trump Board of Peace would not impede Israel's right to self-defense if there were imminent threats.

If Hamas fails to meet its commitments, Kushner stated that Israel would receive stronger support from the United States and other nations to advance the peace plan and effectively complete the task.
