India vs Sri Lank Live Score, 1st Test Day 3: Will rain play spoil sport in Galle?

India and Sri Lanka kick off their first Test at Galle with rain looming as a potential disruptor. Playing on a grand stage for the 600th Test is a significant honor for the Indian team. The team arrived a week early to prepare for the series, with six days of practice across Colombo. New players found these conditions different from what they're used to at home, but they had discussions about the Kookaburra ball's behavior and extra bounce expected from spinners.

Galle has historically produced high-scoring first innings, and the wind can impact the game. The Indian captain expresses confidence in his team's readiness to adapt and deliver an exciting match, despite the looming threat of rain.
