Emmys 2026 Poll: What Should Win For Outstanding Drama Series?
Before the 2026 Primetime Emmys are handed out on September 14, we want your take: Which show should win for Outstanding Drama Series? Vote in our poll!
The 2026 Emmy race for Outstanding Drama Series is heating up with eight nominated shows vying for the top spot. Leading the pack is HBO Max's gritty medical drama "The Pitt," which won the award last year for its first season and is poised to repeat its success with a strong sophomore run. However, this category features a mix of returning nominees and fresh faces.
Returning nominees from last year include Netflix's political thriller "The Diplomat," Hulu's post-apocalyptic drama "Paradise," Apple TV's U.K. spy series "Slow Horses," and HBO's period drama "The Gilded Age," which snagged a nod for its second season in 2024. Newcomers to the competition are Apple TV's sci-fi freshman "Pluribus," created and shown by Breaking Bad mastermind Vince Gilligan, HBO's "Game of Thrones" spin-off "A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms," and Apple TV's "Your Friends & Neighbors."
