CACI wins U.S. Space Force contract for test technology

Reston, Virginia - CACI International Inc, a leading national security technology firm, has secured a significant contract with the U.S. Space Force. The company has been chosen to deliver technology for the National Space Test and Training Complex under the NITE'STAR contract. CACI will work alongside U.S. Space Force's Operational Test and Evaluation Directorate (OTTI) and Space Test and Training Squadron 81 (SYD 81) to develop and deploy advanced technologies across live, virtual, and constructive environments.

The project aims to bolster testing, evaluation, and training operations for space systems and personnel.

This contract is one of 15 awards under an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity agreement, potentially worth up to $981 million over two five-year periods. This marks the first of many opportunities for CACI to work with ARKA, combining their strengths to deliver cutting-edge space capabilities to the U.S. Space Force. Andreas Nonnenmacher, CACI's Senior Vice President of Space, expressed excitement about this partnership, highlighting the focus on developing technologies to validate systems and prepare personnel for space operations and potential threats.
