President Jeameum emphasized that "In overcoming crises while preparing for the future, your wisdom and pioneering spirit serve as the most visible guiding star for our nation's direction."

He stressed that the national government will "inherit his spirit" and lead the way in the AI revolution and energy transition. The president vowed to "warmly embrace the well-being of the nation's citizens" despite the government's financial difficulties, a commitment he made during the nation's dire economic times. He called for a "social safety net" that would protect all citizens, free from stark division, and ensure that the fruits of growth are shared equitably among all citizens.
