Three Indian business owners in Blair Athol, Australia – Jaspal Singh, Amarjit Bhamra, and Krunal Patel – experienced a series of overnight burglaries that damaged their shops. The break-ins resulted in shattered glass, damaged cash registers, and other property destruction, leaving the businesses facing financial losses and concerns about security.

Singh reported losing between A$1,500 and A$1,800 in cash, while Patel expressed concerns about the police response, which arrived two to three hours after the incident was reported. Bhamra also spoke about the impact of crime on small businesses, questioning why those who work hard should face such challenges. The burglaries occurred rapidly in succession, causing damage to storefronts and leaving shopkeepers with additional repair costs.

Local traders are now demanding a stronger police presence and quicker responses to prevent similar incidents from happening again.
