US immigration authority: These forms will be rejected from September 15
USCIS will introduce new editions of immigration forms I-539 and I-765. These revised forms will be effective starting September 15, 2026. Applications submitted using older forms after this date will be rejected. This change aligns with a recently published immigration rule.
