Tommy Fleetwood admits which part of his game he’s been really struggling with recently, ‘I’ve been managing it’

Tommy Fleetwood, a skilled golfer, has admitted that his iron play has been a struggle during the FedEx St. Jude Championship. Despite his current position being tied for fourth, Fleetwood is still five shots behind the leader, world number one Scottie Scheffler. During his second consecutive round of 68, Fleetwood struggled with his tee shots, which also affected his iron play.

He admitted that he is still not comfortable with his ball-striking, but he has been managing it well and has hit good shots when the opportunity arose. Fleetwood expressed his desire to start strong on Sunday, as the par-fives on holes three and 16 could provide opportunities for birdies. With Scheffler currently leading, Fleetwood knows he will need to perform well if he wants to catch up and secure his second PGA Tour victory this week.
