Rahul Gandhi's 'chhatron ki goonj' rally in Pune will be exclusively for girls

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi announced on August 22 a special rally in Pune exclusively for girls, as part of his Chhatron ki Goonj campaign. The announcement was made alongside a social media video post where Rahul engaged in conversation with Jantar Mantar protesters. He expressed admiration for the courage displayed by young Indians in opposing Prime Minister Modi's regime, particularly girls who faced harassment from BJP supporters, including verbal abuse, violence, and being forced to apologize to the Prime Minister.

Rahul stressed that the voices of these girls should no longer be silenced. On August 22, the Chhatron ki Goonj event will arrive in Pune, and this time, the focus will be exclusively on girls. He emphasized that the girls will have the platform to speak, and the nation will lend an ear.
