Pengundi suka Bersama, tapi fikir tak boleh menang, kata Rafizi

Rafizi Ramli, the leader of Bersama, believes that the biggest challenge for the party lies not in attracting voters, but in convincing them that they have a chance to win the elections, stated the man during a Bersama event in Shah Alam. While some voters may be drawn to Bersama's offer, some are hesitant to support a new party over a more established and longer-standing political bloc.

This is not a matter of whether they accept or reject us, but whether they have full confidence that we can bring about change, Rafizi said at an event in Shah Alam, echoing sentiments such as "I like your idea, but you are too new. Let the coalition grow first."

Rafizi noted that the same applies to voters who are unhappy with the Pakatan Harapan (PH) coalition, who may instead choose to vote for the Barisan Nasional (BN) due to their lack of confidence in Bersama's ability to defeat PH. During the interview, the reporter met many non-Malay voters who expressed their reluctance to vote for PH, DAP, PKR, etc., but if they cannot vote for PH or DAP, a new party cannot afford to lose their vote, so they must cast their ballot for PH.

The party leader believes that it will take time for Bersama to overcome this perception, and the Selangor battleground could be a crucial test for the coalition, especially among the educated and urban voters who could help the party establish a foothold.
