Jeeno Thitikul, 23, wins 10th career LPGA title at Standard Portland Classic

Jeeno Thitikul, a 23-year-old Thai golfer, clinched her 10th career LPGA title by winning the Standard Portland Classic on Sunday. This victory marks her third win of the season, following a notable triumph at the Honda LPGA Thailand in February and a four-stroke win over close friend Ruoning Yin in May at the Mizuho Americas Open.

Thitikul, who now ranks eighth among LPGA players with 10 career wins before turning 24, secured the $300,000 prize after a remarkable third-round tie at Columbia Edgewater Country Club. Her exceptional putting skills proved decisive, outshining compatriots Arpichaya Yubol and Chanettee Wannasaen by a single stroke. Wannasaen, who had won the event three years ago as a Monday qualifier, praised Thitikul's resilience and shared the challenges faced by her fellow Thai players on the tour.

Thitikul, who remains yet to win a major championship, continues to demonstrate her consistency, having recorded 63 career top-10 finishes in 99 starts and earning $19.7 million so far, placing her sixth on the all-time list. American Sophia Schubert, who entered the week ranked 125th, secured her LPGA card with a fourth-place finish in Portland, showing promise for the upcoming 2027 season.
