‘I have nothing to hide’ – DapperDam fires back at Seyi Vibez, Shallipopi, T.I Blaze

Nigerian music executive, DapperDam, has responded to allegations from Seyi Vibez, Shallipopi, and T.I Blaze regarding their dealings with him. The disputes involve contracts and payments, with the artistes accusing DapperDam of non-payment and other issues. In a series of posts on his official X handle, DapperDam denied the allegations, stating that available records would reveal the truth.

He challenged the artistes to allow independent audits of their contracts and financial records. DapperDam emphasized that he has "nothing to hide" and that the records exist, urging the appropriate processes to establish the truth. He also noted that the relationship began in 2021, with him providing financial support for the artistes' first project before receiving any music from them.

DapperDam dismissed the artistes' claims, stating that an audit had already been conducted by a reputable company. He further challenged the artistes to seek another independent review, referencing top law firms and auditing firms to conduct a forensic analysis of the accounts and contracts. DapperDam also disputed a claim involving a scheduled appearance, stating that he attended the event while Shallipopi did not.

He maintained that the relevant records were available and that the appropriate processes were ongoing.
