Former CMC director attends ‘At Home’ reception at Rashtrapati Bhavan

Vikram Mathews, a former Director of CMC Vellore and Senior Professor of Clinical Haematology, attended the esteemed 'At Home' reception at Rashtrapati Bhavan in New Delhi as part of the 80th Independence Day celebrations.
