Dale Earnhardt's grandson Wyatt Miller flips wildly in crash, but drives away

At Bark River International Raceway on Saturday, 14-year-old Wyatt Miller, grandson of NASCAR legend Dale Earnhardt Sr., flipped his Pro Spec truck during a Championship Off-Road Series race. Running third, Wyatt's truck lost control at a fast right-hander and rolled multiple times due to a rut in the track. After the dramatic three-rotation crash, the No. 73 Chevrolet came to a halt on its tires.

Wyatt immediately got back behind the wheel, driving away from the scene, much to the concern of his mother, Kelley Earnhardt Miller. The incident drew comparisons to Dale Earnhardt Sr.'s infamous flip at the 1997 Daytona 500, where the driver famously drove his car back to the pits after realizing it was still drivable. Kelley Earnhardt Miller drew a parallel between her son's crash and her grandfather's heroic act, stating, "Had a little Déjà vu today after (Wyatt) took a pretty good tumble at Bark River after losing brakes."

Despite the damage, Wyatt still finished 15th (last) in the race. His mother, undeterred, shared a video comparing Wyatt's rollover to his grandfather's crash, complete with Black Sabbath's "War Pigs" playing in the background. The family seems to be celebrating Wyatt's resilience and drive, just as his grandfather's legacy inspires them.
