11, including 7 kids, fall ill; 3 in ICU after dead lizard found in cake near Mumbai
Eleven individuals suffered suspected food poisoning after consuming a birthday cake. Three children are currently in the intensive care unit receiving treatment. The children reported finding a dead lizard inside the cake they ate. Police have seized cake samples from Chamunda Cake Shop for testing. All patients are reported to be in stable condition at the hospital.
