Samira Said, a former ABC News journalist, has filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against CBS star Matt Gutman. The lawsuit alleges that Gutman made inappropriate sexual remarks during two assignments with Said several years ago. In the lawsuit, Said claims she was wrongfully terminated by ABC News after seeking medical leave and accommodations for her medical conditions.

The lawsuit also states that Gutman created a hostile work environment by making "sexualized" comments to her, including rating a female correspondent's appearance and rating her professional standing numerically. Additionally, Said alleges that she was placed on a "male only" team with Gutman and two other male crew members, where they made inappropriate comments about her appearance during a press day for a film release.

The lawsuit also claims that Gutman made a sexualized insinuation about Said having an after-hours date in the city and that she declined to participate in the conversation. At this time, Gutman and ABC News have not responded to the allegations.
