Amazon, a new restaurant in Pretoria, is capturing the attention of locals and visitors alike with its unique concept and unforgettable dining experiences. The striking exterior features a marble floor adorned with a stunning herringbone pattern, setting the stage for what is described as an immersive destination rather than a mere restaurant.

From breakfast to late-night cocktails, Amazon offers a full day of culinary delights to cater to every occasion. The restaurant boasts a spacious interior with a botanical ceiling installation and hand-laid tiles, creating an inviting atmosphere that transports guests to a different world. With a capacity of around 400 guests, Amazon represents Monseca Hospitality Group's most ambitious project to date.

Chef Siya Mlaba, who draws inspiration from Brazil, South America, and Japan, has crafted a menu that blends familiar comfort food with global flavors. Starters include dishes like crispy chilli lime squid with avocado salsa and smoked salmon toast, while mains feature hardwood-fired picanha, smoky peri-peri chicken, and flame-grilled sea bass. Desserts showcase South American influences with warm churros and Brazilian pavê.

Amazon's brunch offerings have become particularly popular, with weekend menus centered around live music, flow drinks, and generous sharing plates. From mimosas on the cabana deck to elegant dinners and lively nightlife, the venue seamlessly transitions from morning to evening, making it the perfect one-stop destination for any occasion in Pretoria.
