Razer Has A US$90 Artisan Keycap Upcoming

Razer Has A US$90 Artisan Keycap Upcoming

Peripheral maker Razer has unveiled plans for a high-end keycap that features three snakes, and it's set to hit the market soon. The product, titled Razer Artisan Keycap - Triple-Headed Snake Edition, will be available shortly, with registration for the item opening up approximately a week prior to its official release. The keycap will be offered at a premium price of US$89.99 (~RM368), as indicated on Razer's international website.

While the company has produced keycaps for its keyboards before, they've generally been more basic in design. The Artisan Keycap, however, stands out due to its resin-cast construction and hand-painted details, making each piece unique. Importantly, it's compatible with keyboards using cross-stem switches, so users don't need to purchase Razer's own keyboards to use this accessory. The release is scheduled for August 23 at 10AM local time.
