Mr. Edmund Edem Tsogbey, Director of the Ho Teaching Hospital, called on HR practitioners to assume a more strategic role in healthcare delivery, moving beyond traditional administrative duties. He advocated for the adoption of modern, evidence-based, and technology-driven HR practices to enhance workforce planning and decision-making.
