Nkunku €35m asking price set for Roma, Borussia Dortmund and RB Leipzig

Milan are set to ask €35 million for Christopher Nkunku, according to reports. The French forward, who joined the Rossoneri from Chelsea last year for a reported €37 million, has caught the interest of three clubs: Roma, RB Leipzig, and Borussia Dortmund.

Roma effectively ruled Nkunku out of their plans for the current season, as he was excluded from the squad for their friendly against Manchester United and from training sessions with the team. He was sidelined along with fellow players Youssouf Fofana, Fikayo Tomori, and David Odogu.

Sky Sport Italia, transfer pundit Matteo Moretto, and MilanNews have revealed that RB Leipzig and Borussia Dortmund are also monitoring the situation closely. Nkunku, who turns 29 in November, initially arrived at the club for a fee of €37 million, plus an additional €5 million in add-ons and a share of future sale fees. It is suggested that Milan may be open to a loan deal with an option to purchase at the end of the season, possibly splitting the €35m asking price.
