My ancestry search ended in Lagos royal family — US-born Nigerian, Olomo

Olomo, a US-born Nigerian, embarked on a professional journey starting with entrepreneurship, marketing, and business development. As he grew older, Olomo became increasingly interested in his family history and began tracing his ancestry. Through genealogical research, he discovered strong connections to the Yoruba people of Nigeria and a named lineage within Imota.

This discovery led him to establish Tribal Tapestry, an organization that helps African Americans and other descendants of the African diaspora understand and explore their roots.
