Other beneficiary facilities include Bawku Municipal, Binduri, Bolgatanga East, Builsa North, Builsa South, Garu, Kassena-Nankana Municipal, Kassena-Nankana West, Nabdam, Pusiga, Talensi, and Tempane.
The NHIA has also introduced a cashless revenue collection system and a One-Time Authentication Code (OTAC) system to enhance accountability, reduce risks associated with cash handling, and ensure value for money. The reforms aim to strengthen Ghana's healthcare system, improve access to quality and affordable healthcare, and support the government's Universal Health Coverage goals.
