France approves assisted dying law but rejects social media ban for under-15s
France’s Constitutional Court has upheld Emmanuel Macron’s landmark assisted dying law, while striking down a ban on social media for children under 15. The Council said the social media measure disproportionately infringed on children’s freedoms, prompting the government to work on a revised bill.
