Upon arrival, rescue personnel used an NHAI crane to extricate the trapped victims and transported them to the Community Health Centre (CHC) in Gangaganj. All three victims succumbed to their injuries at the CHC while the fourth, who was critically injured, was referred to a trauma center. However, the fourth victim passed away en route to the hospital.
Police confirmed the identities of the deceased and initiated legal proceedings. Following the accident, the damaged tractor-trolley was removed from the highway, restoring normal traffic flow. The victims’ families visited the site of the incident, and post-mortem examinations were conducted.
