Eight-try All Blacks thump Bulls 50-19 in Pretoria

Pretoria saw the New Zealand rugby team, known as the All Blacks, edge out South Africa's Bulls with a convincing 50-19 victory on Saturday. This match marked another fixture in the Rugby’s Greatest Rivalry tour, acting as a strong prelude to the upcoming first test against the Springboks next weekend.

The All Blacks demonstrated their dominance throughout the game, showcasing an impressive array of skills. Their set-piece work was solid, giving them a strong foundation to work from. The team also showed excellent control in the breakdown and improved their discipline during the match. Despite facing a weakened Bulls side, the All Blacks managed to maintain their control.

Captain Codie Taylor highlighted the physical nature of the game, stating that while it was tough, the Springboks were expected to bring more intensity and physicality to the test match. The All Blacks did make a few mistakes, but they have played three games thus far and have gained valuable experience from the South African team.

The game kicked off with a try scored by wing Josh Moorby, who added a second try to give New Zealand a 10-0 lead. With the Bulls losing prop Francois Klopper to a yellow card, All Blacks hooker Taylor quickly capitalized on a quick-tap penalty to score, extending the lead to 17-0 at halftime. The All Blacks continued to dominate in the second half, with Leroy Carter and Rieko Ioane scoring two tries each, while loose-forward Wallace Sititi also added two tries. The final score stood at 50-19 in favor of the All Blacks.
