"Dimaagi Naxals Need To Be Identified, Isolated": PM Warns In I-Day Speech

In his Independence Day address from the Red Fort, Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the ongoing threat posed by naxal ideology. These ideologues are a threat to society, and Modi emphasized the importance of identifying and isolating them.

He stressed that eliminating decades-old challenges, such as Naxalism and Maoism, is crucial for the nation's progress. These ideologies have caused immense suffering, destroying the future of millions and leading to the tragic loss of lives, including over 3,500 police and security personnel. In recent years, the government has managed to significantly reduce Naxalite violence and is working towards complete eradication.

Areas previously affected by Naxalites are now witnessing development, trust, and progress. Modi highlighted the positive impact of initiatives like the Bastar Olympics and Bastar Pandum, which showcased the talent and spirit of the affected regions.
