Punjabi actress Himanshi Khurana has revealed that during her relationship with Bigg Boss 13 contestant Asim Riaz, she faced disagreements over religion. The couple dated for four years before announcing their split in 2023 due to differing religious beliefs. On Paras Chhabra's podcast, Himanshi was asked about rumors she had converted to another religion while dating Asim.

She clarified that she wouldn't call it a conversion and explained that they had discussions about the positive aspects of Asim's religion. However, she was not comfortable accepting them. Himanshi expressed feeling conflicted and considering it a personal choice that she was not ready to make. The actress also mentioned that the situation made her feel she was betraying her own faith, leading her to consider visiting the Chaar Dham before making any decision.
