Transfer: Millwall will only sell Azeez for right price – Alex Neil

Millwall manager Alex Neil has made it clear that the club will not sell winger Femi Azeez for a low price, according to reports by the Daily Post. The Nigerian international has caught the attention of Premier League newcomers Hull City and European clubs. Millwall had previously rejected an offer from Ipswich Town in January. The 25-year-old Azeez joined Ipswich Town from Reading for a fee of just over £1 million in the summer of 2024.

Ipswich are believed to be seeking around €20 million for Azeez. Neil expressed no surprise at the interest in the winger due to his strong performance in the Sky Bet Championship last season. The manager stated that Millwall will only entertain a sale if the price is deemed right. "But like every player, every player’s got their price.

What I will say is that if anybody is trying to undercut us or go cheap on it, then we don’t need to sell anybody. It puts us in a strong position in that sense," Neil said to NewsAtDen.
