Special Prosecutor's Team attempted to impede the execution of the warrant to arrest former President Yoon Suk-yeol on the 14th, leading to the indictment of National Assembly members Yang Kyung-won, Kim Ki-hyun, Yun Sang-hyun, and Kwang Yong-jin for obstructing special administrative enforcement. This led to the accused members vehemently refuting the charges, claiming political persecution and labeling it as a "zombie special investigation."

Yang Kyung-won asserted that the accusations of obstructing special enforcement were baseless, stating that they were merely exercising their political rights. Kim Ki-hyun echoed similar sentiments, labeling the opposition as the "politics of zombies" and accusing the Special Prosecutor's Team of manipulating legal processes to achieve political goals.

The opposition party criticized the indictment as a "political calculation." Kim Ta-geu, a member of the National Assembly's Legal Consultative Committee, argued that the accused individuals had formed an "in human wall" in front of the special enforcement point, preventing the execution of the warrant. He questioned whether standing in front of officials constituted assault or attack.

The indictment at the courthouse was also contested, with the spokesperson claiming that the warrant was improperly issued by an unauthorized court. The accused members are accused of attempting to obstruct the warrant's execution by forming an "in human wall" with other attendees.
