A lawyer who did not show up for a court hearing related to a school violence case has been sued by the victim's family for fraud. 권경애 변호사는 지난 2020년 5월, 학교폭력 피해자 유족이 가해자를 상대로 낸 민사소송의 변호인으로 선임됐다. Lawyer Kwon Kyung-ae was appointed as the attorney for a civil lawsuit filed by the family of a school violence victim against the perpetrator in May 2020. 당시 권 변호사는 1심에서 승소한 뒤 2심에서 뒤집힌 상황에서 3심 상고심을 앞두고 있었다.
