Singer: So veredelt Louis Vuitton den Porsche 911

Paris - Singer and luxury goods giant Louis Vuitton have joined forces to unveil two intricately designed Porsche 911 vehicles. The custom-made cars, based on the Porsche 964, blend restoration and conversion expertise of California's restomod specialist Singer with materials and design elements from the French luxury brand. It remains unclear if these unique vehicles will eventually become an offer for additional Singer customers.

The "Porsche 911 Reimagined by Singer - Classic" represents a coupé model with a four-liter engine, six-speed manual transmission, and rear-wheel drive. Its saffron paintwork is complemented by accents of cobalt blue. Inside, the interior features natural leather, yellow stitching and embossments inspired by classic Louis-Vuitton trunks.

Even features such as ventilation openings, sunblinds, and headrests draw on the brand's monogram blossom. Additional elements include specially designed instruments, metal controls, and a removable mechanical tambour clock, which can also serve as a table clock. Custom-made trunks, a roof carrier for transporting a surfboard and skis complete the travel ensemble.

The second vehicle, a white classic turbo convertible with a 3.8-liter turbo engine, combines light leather with gold accents and wood veneers reminiscent of classic motorboats. Wood is present on bumpers, in the luggage compartment, and on the cover behind the seats. Once again, a tambour clock, custom-made trunks and appropriate travel accessories are part of the concept.
