Saudi leaders offer condolences to Chinese president on death of former premier

King Salman and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman of Saudi Arabia have offered their condolences to President Xi Jinping of China on the passing of former Chinese Premier Zhu Rongji. The Saudi leaders conveyed their deepest sympathies to President Xi, the family of Zhu Rongji, and the people of China.

King Salman expressed his condolences through a cable to President Xi, stating, "We received the news of the passing of former Premier Zhu Rongji of the People's Republic of China. We extend our deepest condolences and sincere sympathy to Your Excellency, the family of the deceased, and the friendly people of China, wishing you continued safety and that you see no further sorrow."

Similarly, Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman conveyed his heartfelt condolences to President Xi through a separate cable, saying, "I received the news of the passing of former Premier Zhu Rongji of the People's Republic of China. I extend my heartfelt condolences and sincere sympathy to Your Excellency and the entire family of the deceased, wishing you continued health and safety, and that you experience no further loss."
