Russian Soldier Sentenced to 12 Years for Raping Woman in Donetsk Region
The Prosecutor’s General Office announced that a Russian serviceman was sentenced to 12 years in prison for systematically raping a 57-year-old woman over two months, while his unit occupied a village in the Pokrovsk district. According to the prosecutors, the abuse ended in December 2025 when the serviceman was captured in combat by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU).
