Rev. Wengam, wife inspire pastors and spouses during Apostolic Visit

In the Brong Ahafo Region "C" of Assemblies of God, Ghana, a remarkable Apostolic Visit was held at Central Assembly of God at Mim, led by the General Superintendent, Rev. Stephen Yenusom Wengam, and his wife, Lady Mrs. Monica Wengam. This historic 3rd apostolic visit aimed to inspire pastors and their spouses. Rev. Wengam conducted a lengthy prayer session, emphasizing gratitude, repentance, revival, intercession, and petition, with a focus on the upcoming General Council meeting of the Assemblies of God, Ghana, and the World Congress of the Assemblies of God Fellowship in Accra.

During the event, Rev. Wengam inspected the regional office building project, expressing his satisfaction with the progress and urging the Executive Committee to complete the project by 2028. Regional Superintendent, Rev. Stephen Osei Owusu, highlighted significant achievements during the General Superintendent's tenure, praising his visionary and sacrificial leadership.

These achievements included the sod-cutting for the centenary city project, the apostolic visit initiative, reforms, exposure trips for church leaders, and a revival that has gripped the church. Rev. Wengam and his wife generously donated 250 bags of cement for the regional office project and sponsored a legacy project in Goaso in 2022, for which the General Council recently contributed 50,000 cedis.

Lady Mrs. Wengam underscored the importance of supportive roles within the home, presenting gifts to pastors and their spouses, including pastors' widows and retired ministers and their spouses. These gifts included cash and pieces of cloth for retirees and a piece of cloth for each pastor's wife. In return, the Brong Ahafo Region "C" Council presented a ram to the first couple.
