Najran Municipality announces eight new investment opportunities in Habouna

Najran Municipality has unveiled eight distinct investment prospects in Habouna, extending invitations to submit bids through the municipality's Furas investment portal. Represented by the Habouna Governorate Municipality, the announcement forms part of the broader initiative to forge stronger bonds with the private sector while bolstering economic and service development within the region.

The initiatives span sectors such as commercial, residential, entertainment, sports, services, industrial, and financial. Among the projects solicited for bidding are the development, renovation, operation, and maintenance of a commercial and residential complex on a 5,594-square-meter lot in Al-Manshar, alongside the construction and operation of commercial shops covering 1,650 square meters in Habouna.

Additionally, the package encompasses the construction, renovation, and maintenance of several commercial markets at the eastern edge of Habouna, occupying over 10,724 square meters, and the establishment, renovation, and operation of a women's wedding hall on a 5,195-square-meter plot in Al-Manshar.

In the realm of sports and entertainment, the opportunities include the renovation, operation, and maintenance of a football field in Al-Jafja, spanning approximately 3,740 square meters, and the construction, renovation, operation, and maintenance of a kiosk adjacent to Al-Habayah Park on a 15-square-meter parcel. The proposal also extends to services and industrial ventures, featuring a project for the development, renovation, operation, and maintenance of workshops, scrapyards, and car showrooms in the expansive Al-Abayah industrial area, exceeding 103,700 square meters.

Furthermore, an opportunity arises to set up, renovate, activate, and maintain a drive-through ATM facility in Habouna, situated on a 12-square-meter site.

The municipality has earmarked August 20, 2026, as the last day for submitting bids for the kiosk and football field opportunities, while September 21, 2026, marks the deadline for the remaining investment prospects. Interested investors and entrepreneurs are encouraged to peruse the investment opportunity details, procure the terms and specifications documents, and submit their bids electronically through the Furas app or the portal's website.
