Leaked IdeaPad Vibe Is Lenovo’s Response To The MacBook Neo

Apple's MacBook Neo launched recently, causing a significant shift in the market. It prompted competitors to reevaluate their strategies and demonstrated that there is still a demand for budget-friendly laptops, even for Windows users. However, according to a report from Windows Latest, the MacBook Neo may face competition from Lenovo's soon-to-be-released IdeaPad Vibe.

Windows Latest obtained exclusive images and details about Lenovo's upcoming budget laptop. The report emphasizes that the entire PC ecosystem has been discussing how to compete with the MacBook Neo, as it introduced color and build quality to a price range that was previously overlooked. Lenovo appears to be aiming to replicate this approach with the IdeaPad Vibe.

Leaked images show that the IdeaPad Vibe will be available in seven different colors, including pale pink, mustard yellow, terracotta brown, mint teal, silver, navy blue, and sage green. Each color option features a glossy Lenovo logo centered on the lid. Despite its minimalist design, the laptop boasts a distinctive reverse notch at the center, which enables easy opening and closing while housing the webcam with a privacy shutter.

Regardless of the selected color, the IdeaPad Vibe will maintain a dark grey keyboard with white lettering. Speaker grilles are positioned on either side of the keyboard, while a large trackpad sits beneath them. In terms of connectivity, the laptop offers more ports than the MacBook Neo, which only included two USB-A ports and a 3.5 mm headphone jack.

The IdeaPad Vibe boasts two USB-A ports and a power button with a status LED on its right side, along with an HDMI port, two USB-C ports, a headphone jack, and a microSD slot on its left side.
