Shin made the decision to relocate to this district three years ago, primarily due to its advantageous location near her workplace - a Samsung Electronics campus. The district currently boasts a youthful population, with many families and children. While shopping at a department store located close to her residence, Shin observed a bustling atmosphere filled with young parents and their offspring. Even on a typical weekday morning, the indoor space of the store was teeming with life.

Among Shin's colleagues, discussions about bonuses are a common topic of conversation. Although she is not employed within the semiconductor division that received such substantial financial rewards, Shin has heard about the rampant speculation within the company about potential earnings of up to 3 billion won.
