Concentrix Conference: AI Bookings Surge 400% as Offshoring Pressures Sales

At Concentrix Corporation's recent conference, artificial intelligence bookings showed a remarkable 400% increase year-over-year in the second quarter. Management anticipates Intelligent Experience revenue to reach approximately $120 million in annual recurring revenue by year-end. However, accelerated offshoring is posing a significant sales headwind, now estimated at 300 basis points instead of the previously projected 200 basis points.

Some experts believe this offshoring pressure might moderate to around 150-200 basis points annually after the initial transition period. Concentrix projects $630 million to $650 million in free cash flow this year, with plans to use most of it to reduce debt, aiming for a leverage ratio below 2.6 times this year and approximately 2.2 times by fiscal 2027.

The company remains focused on expanding investments in AI, with management emphasizing the higher-margin technology and services revenue despite near-term sales challenges.
