Bill Gates’ Daughter Clearly Has a Traitor Inside Her Startup Who’s Trying to Destroy Her

Bill Gates' daughter, Phoebe Gates, is embroiled in controversy after it was revealed that her startup Phia, which she co-founded with Sophia Kianni, engaged in questionable business practices. Bloomberg reported that the company utilized a technique known as "cookie stuffing," which involves fraudulently claiming commissions from online sales that the company had no involvement in. This method has previously resulted in affiliate marketers facing federal prison time.

The scandal escalated last week when Bloomberg published internal Slack messages that indicated both Phoebe Gates and her cofounder were aware of the scheme since at least December of the previous year. The messages suggest that someone within the company has a deep-rooted desire to sabotage Phia and potentially the company itself.

Bloomberg obtained a chart displaying the dramatic drop in Phia's daily revenue from approximately $80,000 to between $10,000 and $28,000 after the company disabled the potentially fraudulent "auto pop for cookie drop" feature.

The core product of Phia is a browser extension that automatically flags online sales and takes credit for them, even if the user does not utilize the Phia extension. This practice raises serious concerns about the integrity and transparency of the company's operations. Since the initial July reporting, some affiliates have severed ties with Phia, reflecting the extent of the fallout from the revelations.

Phoebe Gates has previously expressed her frustration with the notion that she is merely riding on her father's reputation, stating that she wants "no ties to my privilege or my last name." The startup raised $35 million in capital at a valuation of $185 million in February, aiming to cater to a young, ambitious female consumer. However, the company's questionable tactics have clearly raised ethical concerns, leading to internal dissent and prompting Gates to reach out to the press.
