2027: No southerner can defeat Tinubu – ADC chieftain

Fabiyi Oladimeji, a prominent member of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), has declared that no candidate from the Southern region of Nigeria can defeat President Bola Tinubu in the upcoming 2027 general elections. During an interview on Trust TV, Oladimeji asserted that only the ADC's candidate, Atiku Abubakar, possesses the necessary qualities to challenge Tinubu's dominance.

This statement was made in the context of a newly formed coalition comprising 100 influential Nigerian political figures and leaders, who are striving to unite opposition parties in anticipation of the 2027 general elections.

Oladimeji emphasized that the coalition's success would hinge on the integrity and dedication of its members to democratic principles aimed at improving the country's situation.
