Vedika Pinto reveals how working with Anurag Kashyap taught her to accept herself

Actress Vedika Pinto, who collaborated with filmmaker Anurag Kashyap on the film "Nishaanchi," has shared how the experience taught her crucial life lessons and helped her develop a stronger sense of self. She emphasized that one of the most significant takeaways from her time with Kashyap was learning to accept herself.

Recalling the path that led her to meet Kashyap, Pinto revealed that she had long desired to connect with the renowned director. Her agent eventually facilitated the meeting, during which Kashyap recognized something special in her, ultimately resulting in her consideration for the role in "Nishaanchi." Pinto shared, "Working with Anurag sir taught me about life as much as it taught me about acting.

It is difficult to put into words, but because of Nishaanchi and Anurag sir, I learned to accept myself, and that has been one of the biggest lessons of my journey."

When asked about the importance of networking within the film industry, Pinto agreed that establishing professional connections could play a vital role in securing opportunities. She explained, "It depends on what you mean by networking. I wanted to meet Anurag Kashyap for a long time, and my agent finally arranged that meeting.

During that interaction, he saw something in me that eventually led to Nishaanchi. If that meeting had never happened, I might not have gotten the film. So, networking is important because people need to know you before they can consider you for a role."
