Testronic appoints Sonia Kerr as CEO, Sharon Baylay-Bell becomes company chair

Testronic has named Sonia Kerr as its new CEO, while Sharon Baylay-Bell steps into the role of company chair. Kerr's background includes serving as chief financial officer at XR Games and leading high-growth digital businesses. During Baylay-Bell's time as CEO, she guided Testronic through global expansion, a new brand identity, and a player-focused strategy.

The company has also appointed Mike Fitzgerald as CRO and Samantha Williams as CCO, with Wallen recently taking on the roles of president and board director. Testronic aims to invest in specialist expertise across its Centres of Excellence in Warsaw, Manila, and New Orleans to deliver consistent, scalable, and player-focused services to clients.

Kerr expressed enthusiasm about joining the company and working with its teams, clients, and partners to continue advancing the industry. Baylay-Bell, in her new role as chair, praised Kerr's leadership and the company's achievements, confident in her ability to guide Testronic into a new era.
