Sunshine Pictures sets ₹360 cap for ₹282 crore IPO, opens August 18

Gaja Alternative Asset Management Ltd is set to launch its initial public offering on August 19, 2026, with a price range of ₹152 to ₹160 per equity share. The bidding period will conclude on August 21, 2026. Investors can participate in the anchor investor bidding on August 18. The total offer size amounts to ₹550 crore, consisting of a fresh issue valued at ₹450 crore and an offer for sale of ₹100 crore.

Each share has a face value of ₹5, equating to a price 32 times the face value. Retail and institutional investors can place bids for a minimum lot of 93 shares. The company aims to use the funds raised primarily to meet sponsor commitments in its Fund IV umbrella, specifically the Gaja Capital India Fund 2020 LLP and Gaja Capital India Fund 2021, while also repaying a bridge loan.

Additional proceeds will be allocated to sponsor commitments in a proposed Fund V and a Secondaries Fund, with the remainder reserved for general corporate purposes. The shares are scheduled for listing on both the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange of India, with the National Stock Exchange designated as the lead exchange for this issue.

JM Financial Ltd and IIFL Capital Services Ltd will act as the book-running lead managers for the offering. The process adheres to SEBI regulations, reserving up to 50% for qualified institutional buyers, at least 15% for non-institutional bidders, and no less than 35% for retail individual investors.
