Poland detains Russian for 'execution' plot in Warsaw, Tusk says
Poland has arrested a Russian national who was allegedly planning to kill a Ukrainian-American dual citizen in Warsaw, Prime Minister Donald Tusk said Thursday. Tusk added that this was the first time that “someone on the order of Russia” had sought to attack an American citizen on NATO territory.
