Moura Dubeux, the largest homebuilder in Brazil's Northeast, reported record Q2 2026 net income of R$173.9 million (about US$32 million), up 44.6%. The record came from a jump in gross margin to 38.6%, even as the Recife-based developer sold and launched fewer homes than a year earlier.
