Lionel Messi made a poignant return to Inter Miami for an important Leagues Cup clash, just days after the passing of his father, Jorge Messi. Amidst emotions and uncertainties about his future in football, Messi stepped onto the field. Unfortunately, Inter Miami fell short, losing 3-2 to Club Leon, which dashed their hopes of continuing in the tournament.
