Kazakhstan deports Russian streamer Ksenia Guzaeva, bars her for five years

Kazakhstan has deported Russian streamer Ksenia Guzaeva, known as Fasoollka, and banned her from re-entering the nation for five years, according to local news sources. The Kazakhstani news outlet Tengrinews reported the decision, citing the Astana Police Department. Orda, another Kazakhstani news outlet, stated that Guzaeva was deported for making "provocative statements" during her live broadcasts, such as referring to Kazakhstan as "Finestan" and alleging that Pavlodar is a Russian city.

She reportedly told her fans, "In Kazakhstan, at what age does a girl become damaged goods? 13?" Guzaeva, who boasts over 360,000 followers on Twitch, moved to Kazakhstan in early June and confirmed her deportation via her Telegram channel. She stated she had been to the police station three times in the past week, with the final visit involving a half-day stay in a pretrial detention center.

Upon her return to Kazakhstan, Guzaeva was fined 85,000 tenge (approximately $180) for her "joke" about "Finestan" and "Campstan." Guzaeva revealed that she only learned of her deportation at the airport check-in counter, as no formal ruling had been issued against her. Additionally, she alleged that she received insults, threats, and had her address publicly shared online following her deportation.
